Delivery Timing

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5pm EST, weekends, or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

In alignment with our sustainability practice, our focus is to avoid waste. For this reason, upon placement of your order, all handcrafted pieces are created by a skilled artisan with great attention to detail. Bridal item completion times vary depending on the design and will be quoted at the time of order. For all other handcrafted items, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. Delivery time will depend upon your location.

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement by emailing studio@monicalynnsadler.com. If you are contacting us outside this window, we are unable to cancel your order.

Shipping

We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout, processed with your order, and charged at the time of purchase.

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate as errors cause delays and we are unable to reroute packages. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Your order will ship with tracking. Please note that packages shipped Priority Express Mail will require Signature Confirmation.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on all taxable items as required by state and local governments of Monica Lynn Sadler. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and payment of any sales or use taxes due on any items ordered through monicalynnsadler.com. Gift Cards are not taxed at the time of purchase; however, items paid for with the Gift Card are taxable.
