Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you.
Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you are contacting us outside this window, we are unable to return or exchange.
We only accept returns if the item you purchased is damaged or defective. If the item is not damaged or defective, then exchanges only are permitted (if certain criteria is met).
Criteria
Pre-authorization is needed before returning an item. Authorized returns or exchanges must meet the following criteria:
- in new condition as you received it (unused, unwashed, and unworn)
- in the original packaging with tags and all associated materials (sanitary strips, bra pads, etc.)
- free from pet hair, smoke smells, etc.
- we do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased anywhere other than monicalynnsadler.com
If a return/exchange is authorized, a Return/Exchange Authorization number and return address will be provided to you.
Complimentary “personal fit” consultation
We offer a complimentary “personal fit” consultation to anyone who places an order or requests an exchange. This consultation allows us to collect details from you to ensure that you receive the correct size and/or product.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us at studio@monicalynnsadler.com with your order number, description of the damage or defect, and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
If approved and you have chosen an exchange, then an exchange will be processed. Normal processing times apply.
If approved and you have chosen a refund, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied using the original method of payment.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange your item for the value of the original item. Please contact us at studio@monicalynnsadler.com with your order number and the item you would like to receive in exchange. Reshipment charges apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If approved, then your exchange will be processed. Normal processing times apply. When your new item is ready to ship, we will contact you with shipping charges.
Shipping
Unless the item is defective or damaged, shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. Return shipping includes the return of the new item as well as the reshipment of the new item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach us, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held liable for any lost returns.
Final sales
The following items are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom orders
- Promotional items
- Sealed products - for hygiene and safety reasons once opened, they are not eligible for reimbursement
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please follow these steps:
- Credit card payments - Contact your credit card company. It may take up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
- Debit card payments
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Gifts
If the authorized return was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return (less shipping charges). Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to you.
If the authorized return was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver using the original method of payment.
